The present invention relates to an auxiliary washing machine and a clothes treating apparatus using the same. Provided is a clothes treating apparatus including a main washing apparatus for treating laundry and the auxiliary washing apparatus positioned at one side of the main washing apparatus. The auxiliary washing apparatus comprises: a frame forming an accommodation space; a drawer accommodated in the accommodation space and forming a space for storing washing water; a rotary tub positioned at an inner side of the drawer, and having a rotary shaft penetrating through the drawer to treat the laundry; a suspension assembly supporting a vertical load of the rotary tub with respect to the drawer, supporting the rotary tub in a floating state and concurrently attenuating a horizontal vibration of the rotary tub; and a front panel positioned in the front of the drawer and forming the front shape of the auxiliary washing apparatus.
