PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To chill an object with drying treatment completed therefor without excessively drying it. SOLUTION: An open/close mechanism 21 is configured such that an introduction port 11 is opened when the inside of an air flow path Sb is at first temperature or more, and the introduction port 11 is closed when the inside of the flow path Sb is at temperature lower than second temperature equal to or lower than the first temperature, and an open/close mechanism 22 is configured such that an exhaust port 12 is opened when the inside of a housing space Sa is at a third temperature or more, and the exhaust port 12 is closed when the inside of the housing space Sa is at a temperature lower than a fourth temperature equal to or lower than the third temperature, and a controller 9 dehumidifies and cools air in the flow path Sb by an evaporator 41a when a drying treatment start condition is satisfied, and heats the air by a condenser 42a to a fifth temperature equal to or higher than the first and third temperatures, and when a drying treatment completion condition is satisfied, regulates cooling by the evaporator 41a and heating by the condenser 42a to cool the air in the flow path Sb to a sixth temperature lower than the second and fourth temperatures.
