[Also in Group XVII] The emptying mouth 20, Fig. 5, of a suction cleaner filter bag 10 is secured e.g. by a hem 41 to a collapsible frame comprising a pair of main rails 25, Fig. 3, and a pair of aux-, iliary rails 27 hinged together at pins 30, 33, 35 so that when the bag mouth is fully open they lie substantially in a plane; the hinges 33 being such that that the auxiliary rails 27 hinge out of the plane of the main rails to allow the former to be brought together but at an angle to the collapsed main rails 25 to close the mouth. The hinges 33 are at 45 degrees to both pairs of rails so that in the closed position the auxiliary rails 27 are at right angles to the main rails 25, and the latter are secured together by a conventional clamp.
