Rotary damper

摘要

The damper (100) has a rotary element (140) i.e. gear wheel, rotatable on a rotational axle (120). The rotary element is arranged under pretension such that a torque is produced during rotating the rotary element around the rotational axle, where the torque counteracts the rotation of the rotary element. The rotary element is injection molded on the rotational axle by a plastic injection molding process. The rotary element includes a radial, outwardly pointing adhering coating on a surface facing away from the rotational axle for contacting a gear rod. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) an arrangement (2) a method for manufacturing a rotary damper.
