发明名称 METHOD FOR EXTRACTING GOLD FROM POOR LOW-SULPHIDE ORES
摘要 The invention relates to processing gold-containing ores with heavy low-sulphide component. A method for retracting gold from poor low-sulphide ores involves ore breaking, two-stage crushing, sizing, gravity dressing so that tailings and gravity concentrate is obtained, which is supplied for finishing, and with release of "gold head" concentrate and poor gravity concentrate and flotation dressing of tailings of gravity dressing, sorption cyanidation, electrochemical deposition of gold and melting. After sizing of the second crushing stage, prior to gravity dressing there is performed preliminary dressing on centrifugal jigging machine, and flow of initial crushed ore is separated into flow of tailings of preliminary dressing with low content of valuable component that is supplied to the dump and flow for gravity dressing which is calculated by the formula γ=(0.25-0.30)γ=γ+γ, where γ- amount of initial ore supplied for preliminary dressing, γ- amount of gravity concentration supplied for finishing to release "gold head" which is calculated by the formula γ=(0.025-0.027)γ; γ- amount of tailings of gravity dressing supplied to flotation dressing which is calculated by the formula γ=(0.225-0.243)γ, and tailings of gravity dressing are subjected to flotation dressing in alkaline medium at pH 8.0-8.5 after their conditioning with the following reagents: copper vitriol - 40-60 g/t, carbamide - 20-40 g/t, butyl xanthate - 60-90 g/t and captax - 60-90 g/t with their summed discharge 150 g/t, foaming agent - 100-120 g/t, the obtained flotation concentrate is combined with lean gravity concentrate and the combined product is treated with ultrasound at frequency 35 kHz and ultrasonic power output 300 W during 10-15 min and the combined product treated by ultrasound is subjected to sorption cyanidation and desorption so that gold-bearing solution is obtained. Then electrolytic deposition of gold is performed and cathode deposit is obtained, which together with the obtained "gold head" concentrate is subject to calcination, melting and gold bullions are obtained. The technical result provides preliminary dressing between second stage of crushing and a cycle of gravity dressing, regulated supply of gravity dressing by separating flow for gravity dressing from ore total flow, a stage of floatation dressing providing more complete extraction of free thin gold and sulphides with changed surface, working out an optimal technological regime of ultrasound treatment of combined concentrate.
