Disclosed are pharmaceutical compositions containing, as active ingredients, a mixture of a corticosteroid and a kinin B2 receptor antagonist. There also disclosed the use of said compositions in manufacturing medicaments for prevention and therapy of inflammation, injuries and joints degeneration, respiratory tract inflammation, of the dermatological and ophthalmological affections.
