The present invention relates to a composite separation membrane including a graphene oxide coating layer and a method for manufacturing the same. According to the composite separation membrane including a graphene oxide coating layer of the present invention, a carbon dioxide transmittance, and carbon dioxide selectivity of nitrogen, hydrogen or methane gas are excellent at the same time, while not having a defect of a membrane surface and drastically increasing the carbon dioxide selectivity of hydrogen, nitrogen or methane without changes in the carbon dioxide transmittance even when exposed to moisture. Therefore, the composite separation membrane including a graphene oxide coating layer manufactured in the present invention is applicable in an industrial process including carbon dioxide separation or recovery.
