主权项 1. An imaging apparatus comprising: a housing; a placing part on which an object can be placed, the placing part being on a surface of the housing; a light source configured to emit an imaging light at the object; an opening in the housing surface; a cover at the entry to the opening and configured to direct light into the opening; and an image pickup device positioned in the housing to receive light via the opening and configured to image the object; circuitry configured to control the control the image processing apparatus so as to perform an imaging of the object in which, (i) the light source emits the imaging light to the placing part, (ii) the imaging light is at least partially absorbed by the object when the object is a bioregion placed on the placing part, (iii) at least a portion of the absorbed imaging light is re-emitted from the object when the object is a bioregion to the image pickup device and (iv) the image pickup device images the object; and a shield above the opening and configured to direct the re-emitted light into the opening and to reduce incidence of light other than the re-emitted light on the opening.
