The present application relates to a method for preparing alkylaminosilane, and more specifically, to a method for preparing alkylaminosilane using dichlorosilane. According to the present application, alkylaminosilane can be prepared in a short time period when compared with a method using trichlorosilane. Since an excessive amount of a metal hydride compound is not used, the treatment of by-products is safe. |
