The apparatus for reducing the rolling according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a housing arranged in a hull; a crank device part positioned at the inside or the outside of the housing for converting a rotating movement into a linear reciprocating movement; a boosting part for converting the linear reciprocating movement into the linear reciprocating movement whose movement distance is longer than that of the linear reciprocating movement; and a weight part linearly reciprocating according to the linear reciprocating movement of the boosting part.
