Provided is a plug dismounting apparatus for a heavy water reactor fuel system. The plug dismounting apparatus for dismounting a plug (10) that is mounted on a fuel element in a heavy water reactor fuel system, and includes a locking rim (11) formed along an inner circumference thereof and a push pipe (12), includes: a clamp housing (100) made up of an outer housing (110) having a plurality of ball holes (111) formed in a radial direction and inserted into an inner diametrical region of the plug (10) and an inner housing (120) having a stem bush (121); locking balls (200) coupled to the ball holes (111) of the outer housing (110), and locked on the locking rim (11) so as to fix the clamp housing (100) to the plug (10); a guide liner (300) having a release groove (310) formed so as to guide release of the locking balls (200), and coupled so as to guide sliding of the inner and outer housings (120 and 110); elastic members (400) interposed between the guide liner (300) and the clamp housing (100), and restoring the released locking balls (200) so as to be elastically locked; a latch ram (500) coupled so as to slide into an inner diametrical region of the inner housing (120), and pressurizing an inner surface of the plug (10); a hollow main stem (600) screwed to the stem bush (121) of the inner housing (120) so as to slide the latch ram (500); and a sub-stem (700) coupled to an inner diametrical region of the main stem (600) and pressurizing the push pipe (12) so as to dismount the plug (10). |
