摘要 According to the present invention, an apparatus for forming a photoactive layer is provided to form a photoactive layer on an electronic device. The device includes: a solution supply part containing a solution where a polymer material having a solubility parameter difference (Δδ) with a solvent; a transportation unit which is connected to the solution supply part via a pipe, and is configured to transport the solution by predetermined flux from the solution supply part; a cooling unit which is connected to the transportation unit via a pipe, and cools the temperature of the solution in the pipe transported by the transportation unit to a low temperature below 0°C, as being maintained at a low temperature state below 0°C; and a spraying unit which is connected to the cooling unit via a pipe, and forms a photoactive layer by spraying the solution transported from the cooling unit onto the substrate. At least a part of the polymer material (2) in the solution is converted into a nanofibrils type having a diameter of nanometers and a length of micrometers, and is sprayed onto the substrate by the injection unit, and the solution sprayed by the injection unit is sprayed at a higher temperature than the temperature of the state cooled by the cooling unit.
