using setups of constant tables in all setup groups, whereby a setup group comprises a set of lots which are manufactured within a setup, and executing computer instructions stored in non-transitory computer readable medium using a processor, to automatically calculate the setups for the constant tables by mixed integer linear optimization based on input data and input parameters, wherein the input parameters comprise:
a maximum filling level for the constant tables;a maximum filling level for variable tables; anda maximum number of permitted increases in MaxSetupCounts.
