Disclosed are a return sales system and a return sales method which redistributes profits by paying back the partial amount of a purchase to a buyer in a return method decided by the buyer while purchasing when a sale is completed in a return method decided by a seller by considering profits depending on sales figures and the amount of sales. The disclosed return sales system comprises: a user terminal for downloading an application for uploading a purchase result about a return product via a network, storing the application, and uploading, to a return service server, purchase result information including a return method; and the return service server for providing a return product including return conditions for redistributing a part of profits to a product buyer, selecting a person receiving the partial amount of a purchase by receiving the purchase result information uploaded from the user terminal, and redistributing profits.
