The present invention relates to an analog front end circuit for measurement used as an interface between a sensor and a control device. The analog front end circuit of the present invention comprises: an insulation part which including at least AD conversion circuit, in charge of interface with a sensor; a non-insulation part which includes at least a control circuit, in charge of interface with the control device; and an insulation communication part for performing half-duplex insulation communication between the insulation part and the non-insulation part. The control circuit performs setting for measurement as to the insulation part through the insulation communication part, and then transmits an AD conversion execution command as to the AD conversion circuit, and acquires AD conversion result by the AD conversion circuit from the insulation part through the insulation communication part, and then transmits the acquired AD conversion result to the control device. |
