The present invention discloses a circuit board for a secondary battery, capable of improving workability and ensuring safety depending on the temperature of the secondary battery, and a battery pack including the same. The circuit board for the secondary battery according to the present invention is connected to at least one of a positive electrode tap and a negative electrode tap of the secondary battery, and includes: a tap coupling part coupled to the positive electrode tap or the negative electrode tap; a charge/discharge path connected to the tap coupling part to provide a path for charge current or discharge current of the secondary battery, and formed with at least one path cut-off section; a pair of conductive plates separately attached to both ends of the path cut-off section, in which at least a part of the conductive plates is bent; and a current cut-off module with both ends separately connected to the pair of conductive plates, to cut-off current depending on the temperature of the secondary battery by detecting the temperature from the secondary battery.
