A system for providing an image processing and distributing service according to the present invention includes: a user terminal which selects a cartoon frame corresponding to the number of selected images when a part of stored images is selected by a user, generates cartoon type image data by arranging the selected images on the cartoon frame, and transmits the cartoon type image data to the outside; and a service system which registers the cartoon type image data provided by the user terminal to a database and transmits the image data to the user terminals of predetermined users. |
