<p>The present invention relates to a differential charging system and a differential charging method in accordance to the number of video UCC play times and, more specifically, to a differential charging system and a differential charging method in accordance to the number of video UCC play times wherein the video UCC can be sold in a market by differentially charging the content price depending on the quality of the contents in the market. The present invention comprises: a first step of member subscribing; a second step of receiving and storing a UCC video charging reference; a third step of receiving and storing charged/free-of-charge video play selection information; a fourth step of measuring and storing a play rate of the played charged/free-of-charge video; a fifth step of charging if the play rate of a charged video exceeds a predetermined play rate in the fourth step; and a sixth step of adding one to the number of play times if a play rate of a free-of-charge video exceeds a predetermined play rate in the fourth step.</p> |
