The present invention relates to a content recommendation service system and a content recommendation service method which are capable of increasing the satisfaction of a subscriber and are capable of efficiently increasing the profit of a content provider by recommending content which is optimized to the subscriber and is highly available. For the purpose, the present invention includes a detailed configuration that a subscriber terminal displays recommended content through the way that a content recommendation service device determines a subscriber group which is made up of subscribers having the same detail information with at least two detail information among detail information of basic information for a specific subscriber based on preregistered basic information for each of subscribers when the subscriber terminal requests a content recommendation for a specific content category relevant to the specific subscriber, selects at least one content among the content included in the specific content category based on a precollected activity history of the each subscriber belonged to the subscriber group, and provides the content as recommended content to the subscriber terminal. |
