The present invention relates to a method and a system which proceed buying and selling of a specific merchandise through communications between computer devices without intervention of human in real time in a way that an unspecified numbers of the general public post a rule for decision making of buying and selling on a specific place of web in a way the computer devices can understand, the unspecified numbers of the general public cooperatively write and update the rule, an app installed in the computer devices of individual user makes a decision on buying and selling instead of a user according to the rule and the app, and performs a process of buying and selling. For example, if a specific seller made a decision to sell his or her own car, a part or the entire fair market value (FMV) of the car should be immediately transferred to an account designated by the seller from an account of the buyer by the app assigned to the seller, a specific system installed in a web server and the app assigned to the buyer. |
