A method for providing advertising content before a call is connected and a system for performing the same are provided. The system for providing advertising content before a call is connected includes a click check unit, a content request unit, an information storage DB, an URI acquisition unit, a display control unit, an information delivery unit, a call connection unit and a call result return unit. The content request unit requests content using an advertiser identification key, an advertiser telephone number, a search keyword, a merchandise subscription information and a user telephone number when a call is checked by the click check unit as clickable. The URI acquisition unit retrieves URI information from the information storage DB using the advertiser identification key, advertiser telephone number, search keyword, merchandise subscription information and user telephone number provided in the content request unit, in case there exists advertising content. The display control unit displays corresponding content on a smartphone of user using the URI information. The information delivery unit delivers information including the advertiser identification key, user telephone number and company telephone number. The call connection unit tries to connect a call between the user and advertiser using the received advertiser identification key, user telephone number and company telephone number, which were received from the information delivery unit. |
