The present invention relates to a functional shoe insole and an insole for a sandal that are manufactured according to a human body to make a shoe adhere closely to the sole of a shoe-wearer and enable a shoe to be used without fatigue of a foot or inconvenience by long-term usage. Usually used insoles (10) comprise: an arch protrusion wing part (20) formed on a medial longitudinal arch; a curved surface protrusion part (40) placed opposite the medial longitudinal arch, and formed at a lateral longitudinal arch corresponding to the peroneus brevis part (2) in the foot of a human body; and a curved groove part (30) formed at the position of the plantar fascia part (3) corresponding to a position between the medial longitudinal arch and the peroneus brevis part. An inclined plane (5) is gradually formed from a fore-end (p) of the insole (10) to a first metatarsal bone (90) in the longitudinal direction of the insole (10), and the curved groove part (30) is formed after the inclined plane (5). The curved surface groove part (30) is gradually formed from the first metatarsal bone (90) to the calcaneal bone (91), wherein the curve rises to an upper dead part (q), which is the middle position of the medial longitudinal arch (a), and falls to the calcaneal bone (r) after the upper dead part (q), and a planar plate part (35) is composed to the rear end part (s) after reaching the calcaneal bone (r). |
