a scattering device, by which a fiber cake comprising at least one layer of wood fibers glued with resin is scattered; a conveyor device, which conveys the fiber cake in a process direction; a pressing device, in which the fiber cake is pressed to form a board of a desired thickness; a printing device arranged above the conveyor device between the scattering device and the pressing device; and a first additional application device which is structured to apply a layer to the fiber cake over a print and which is arranged in the process direction between the printing device and the pressing device.
