PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent increase of a static friction coefficient in an impact absorbing interface 53 by suppressing hindrance of sliding of molybdenum disulfide caused by absorbing moisture and oil in an impact absorbing device 1 provided in a starter.SOLUTION: An impact absorbing device 1 includes a seal member 54 for sealing the inside of an impact absorbing interface 53 with respect to the outside. Thus, intrusion of fluid into the impact absorbing interface 53 can be suppressed, and absorbing of both of moisture and oil of molybdenum disulfide existing in the impact absorbing interface 53 can be suppressed. Accordingly, hindrance of sliding of the molybdenum disulfide caused by absorbing the moisture and the oil can be suppressed, and increase of a static friction coefficient in the impact absorbing interface 53 can be prevented. |
