PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce size and weight of whole structure and achieve reduction of power consumption and whole cost.SOLUTION: The sheet ribbing device comprises: a main movable member 3 supporting one mold 2d so as to deplace freely to a crease position where can be pressure welded to the other mold 2u and a release position Xr where separates from the other mold 2u; a first energization member 4 applying one mold 2d pressure with respect to the other mold 2u by first pressure force; a sub-movable member 5 supported movably by the main movable member 3; a second energization member 6 interposed between the sub-movable member 5 and the main movable member 3; and a drive mechanism 7 having a first movement function moving the main movable member 3 toward the release position Xr, a second movement function moving the main movable member 3 toward the crease position after releasing movement toward the release position Xr, and a third movement function compressing the second energization member 6 by moving the sub-movable member 5 and applying second pressure force by the second energization member 6 to the first pressure force. |
