PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for accurately monitoring a diastrophism before an abnormal diastrophism occurs by monitoring the diastrophism, while improving the reliability of an analysis accuracy and an analysis result, and a diastrophism monitoring system.SOLUTION: A position on a three-dimensional orthogonal coordinate of each observation point using a gravity center of the earth as origin is observed, and the fluctuation of the position of each observation point is obtained for each component of the three dimensional orthogonal coordinate. A plurality of stable fluctuation data of the year in which abnormal diastrophism does not occur is extracted from fluctuation data for each component of each time-sequential observation point of several years, and a reference line 11 of an annual movement distortion cycle is set based on stable fluctuation processing data from which noise components of crustal reversible movement/irreversible movement are removed. New fluctuation data 12 is compared with the reference line 11, and it is determined that the abnormal crustal movement occurs by deviation of the new fluctuation data 12 for the reference line 11. Further, a moving average value during a preliminary set period is obtained for the plurality of stable fluctuation processing data, and the reference line 11 of the annual movement distortion cycle is obtained from this moving average value. |
