PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operability for lock releasing of a seat slide.SOLUTION: A slide rail 10 includes a lower rail 11 mounted on a floor, an upper rail 12 slidably assembled to the lower rail 11 and mounted to a seat, a lock mechanism 14 locking the sliding, a compression spring 14B2 making the lock mechanism 14 perform lock movement by energizing it, and an operation mechanism 15 operating the lock mechanism 14 so as to disengage an engagement state with the lower rail 11. The operation mechanism 15 is provided with a rotary type operation arm 15A releasing the lock mechanism 14 by being pushed and rotated by a push-down part 16B of a loop handle 16, and also provided with a contact position variable structure V (an abutting structure of the operation arm 15A and a projection 16B1 of the push-down part 16B) shifting a contact position P1 of the operation arm 15A and the push-down part 16B in a direction of reducing an operation load of the operation mechanism 15 in accordance with operation movement of the operation mechanism 15. |
