PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire that reduces air resistance during a rotation of a tire and that can make actual irregularities on a side wall surface hardly conspicuous.SOLUTION: A plurality of dimple-like recesses, the sizes of which are periodically changed along a circumferential direction of a tire are provided in an area including the tire maximum width position and on at least one side of the side wall surfaces of a pair of side parts of a pneumatic tire. Also, a plurality of unidirectionally-elongated linear valley parts which cover each of the recesses are provided around each of the recesses. |
