PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing material for an image forming apparatus capable of suppressing leakage of powder.SOLUTION: A sealing member 21 for an image forming apparatus includes a slide contact layer 24 having a plurality of pile yarns 27, and the plurality of pile yarns 27 are brought into contact with a rotating photoconductor drum in the image forming apparatus to seal the leakage of toner from an end in an axial direction of the photoconductor drum. At least parts of the plurality of pile yarns 27 are formed of a material including a material having a heat radiation function. |
