The present invention relates to a fermented organic raspberry vinegar having an antioxidative function and a manufacturing method thereof. The fermented organic raspberry vinegar is manufactured by using organic raspberries and organic sugar. The organic raspberries and organic sugar are fermented by using a vinegar starter including vinegar bacteria separated from a naturally fermented vinegar starter.
