PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform charge and discharge control for storage battery 40 which is charged by a solar cell 30 in a simple circuit configuration.SOLUTION: When the SOC of a storage battery 40 is small, an output voltage of a DC/DC converter 20 which steps down an output from a high-voltage battery 10 is controlled to a first voltage higher than an output voltage of the storage battery 40, and a discharge switch 70 is turned off. Thus, power is supplied from the DC/DC converter 20 to an on-vehicle load 50. When the SOC of the storage battery gets large, the output voltage of the DC/DC converter 20 is controlled to a second voltage lower than the output voltage of the storage battery 40, and the discharge switch 70 is turned on. Thus, power is supplied from the storage battery 40 to the on-vehicle load 50. |
