PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit formation device in which occurrence of wrinkles in a film can be suppressed when printing.SOLUTION: A circuit formation device 1 includes at least a transfer roller 20 and an impression cylinder 30, and forms a circuit by gravure offset printing method. The transfer roller 20 has a blanket cylinder 21, and a blanket 23 wound around the blanket cylinder 21 with an adhesive layer interposed therebetween. The gap of the blanket 23 formed in the peripheral surface of the blanket cylinder 21 has a width W1 substantially constant over the whole area in the axial direction of the transfer roller 20, and a following formula (1) is satisfied W1>W2 ...(1), where W2 is the nip width of the blanket 23 for the impression cylinder 30. |
