<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle accident history recorder which determines a damaged portion of a vehicle due to a collision and records the determination result so that the determination result can be read out.SOLUTION: The vehicle accident history recorder includes: a collision detection sensor 11 which detects a collision of a vehicle; a collision determination unit 101 which determines whether a collision has occurred or not on the basis of the detection result of the collision detection sensor 11; a yaw rate sensor 12 which detects a yaw rate of the vehicle; a damaged portion determination unit 102 which, if the collision determination unit 101 determines that a collision has occurred, determines a damaged portion of the vehicle due to the collision on the basis of detection results of the collision detection sensor 11 and the yaw rate sensor 12; and a recording unit 2 which records the determination result of the damaged portion determination unit so that the determination result can be read out.</p> |
