<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage monitoring device capable of detecting a closed fault of each output side switch applying an inter-terminal voltage of a capacitor to a pair of voltage detection terminals of a voltage detection circuit.SOLUTION: A voltage monitoring device comprises: a capacitor circuit 40 having a capacitor 41; an input side switch group 30 applying a voltage of a battery cell 10 as a voltage detection target to both terminals of the capacitor 41; a voltage detection circuit 60 detecting a potential difference between a pair of voltage detection terminals 61, 62; an output side switch group 50 applying an inter-terminal voltage of the capacitor 41 to the pair of voltage detection terminals; a control device 100 controlling switches SH1 to SH5, SL1, SL2, and detecting closed faults of output side switches SL1, SL2; an impedance circuit 80 connected to each of the pair of voltage detection terminals 61, 62; and a stabilizing power supply circuit 90 connected to the pair of voltage detection terminals 61, 62 through the impedance circuit 80, and stabilizing the voltage between the pair of voltage detection terminals 61, 62.</p> |
