<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shape measuring device enabling work efficiency of shape measurement of a circumferential surface of a measurement object to be improved.SOLUTION: A spherical roller 3 can rotate around a center axis G of an outer peripheral surface 3a. Detecting means 20 has a surface roughness detector 22A and a waviness detector 22B for detecting a shape at the same position (A circumference 3b) in a direction along the center axis G, of the outer peripheral surface 3a of the spherical roller 3. The surface roughness detector 22A and the waviness detector 22B measure surface roughness and waviness in different frequency zones.</p> |
