The present invention relates to a corrosion prevention method of a welding part of austenitic stainless steel for preventing intergranualar corrosion, knife line attack (KLA), and delta ferrite corrosion comprising: (a) a step for manufacturing a welding structure including a vacuum chamber through austenitic stainless steel; (b) a chrome and chrome oxide transferring step for transferring chrome (Cr) and a chrome composition by collision energy generated when a cut wire blast polishing agent collides with a cast shot ball consisting of STS 304 material in a welding combining part and the surface of the welding structure; (c) an electrolytic polishing step for smoothing the surface of the welding structure by removing an iron (Fe) component of the welding structure, and improving a chrome component in the surface after the (b) step; (d) a passivation treating step for reinforcing corrosion resistance and acid resistance by forming a metal oxide film in the surface of the welding structure after the (c) step; and and (e) a step for washing and drying the welding structure consisting of austenitic stainless steel when the passivation treating step is completed, and for packing the welding structure when drying is completed. |
