<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a force feedback type touch panel device which presents vibration having a larger amplitude than conventional one to an operator, and thereby provides clearer feedback to the operator and can prevent a damage of the touch panel when an impact is applied from the outside.SOLUTION: In a force feedback type touch panel device 1 which includes a base member 11, a touch panel held by the base member 11, a cover member 12 formed into such a shape as to cover the touch panel with a hard synthetic resin, and an actuator 17 for displacing the cover member 12 along a direction perpendicular to the plane of the touch panel, the cover member 12 is biased in the direction of the base member 11 with an attraction force between a first magnet 13 fixed to the base member 11 and a second magnet 14 fixed to the cover member 12.</p> |
