<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a vehicular interior part, which keeps a component cost low, which suppresses an increase in weight, and which enhances rigidity.SOLUTION: In a method of manufacturing a vehicular interior part 30 arranged and provided on the inside of a cabin with respect to a vehicle structure, the vehicular interior part is molded in a predetermined shape by a first step of forming a hollow three-dimensional structure made of a pipe (parison) from a thermoplastic synthetic resin, a second step of forming a bag-like structure by hermetically sealing the three-dimensional structure so that gas within the three-dimensional structure cannot flow outward, and a third step of applying internal air pressure increasing means for setting air pressure within the bag-like structure higher than atmospheric pressure.</p> |
