PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate obtained by adhering, to a metallic foil, a crosslinked cycloolefin resin film including a crosslinked cycloolefin resin and having an excellent adhesiveness to a metallic material.SOLUTION: The provided laminate is obtained by coating, atop a substrate, a polymerizable composition including (a) 100 parts.mass of a cycloolefin monomer, (b) 0.3-20 parts.mass of a (meth)acrylic acid ester monomer, and (c) a ring-opening metathesis polymerization catalyst and, following the metathesis polymerization of the latter, by laminating, onto a metallic foil, a crosslinked cycloolefin resin film obtained by releasing, from the substrate, the resulting filmy polymer. |
