摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve high accuracy black shading correction, by not shielding the incident light to a light-receiving element but generating an appropriate black level at each pixel unit while a light source is turned on.SOLUTION: A photoelectric conversion device includes a light-receiving element 8 which generates charges corresponding to the intensity of incident light and accumulating the charges, and a charge detector 10 for converting the charges thus accumulated into a voltage. The photoelectric conversion device can switch a normal output mode for resetting a capacitor 14 by turning the RS gate 13 of the charge detector 10 on/off, and then transferring the charges accumulated in the light-receiving element 8 to the capacitor 14 by turning a PT gate 15 on/off, before outputting a signal converted into a voltage, and a dummy black level output mode for resetting the capacitor 14 of the charge detector 10, and then resetting the capacitor 14 again by turning the RS gate 13 on/off while turning the PT gate off, before outputting a signal of black level unrelated to the incident light.
