PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change the sound level of only specific raw material sound included in broadcast program sound.SOLUTION: A program sound generation device 2 controls the level of a synthetic sound signal obtained by synthesizing multiple raw material sounds and outputs the signal as a program sound signal. A broadcast transmission device 3 broadcasts the program sound signal and also transmits by communication, the change of a level given to the synthetic sound signal in order to generate a program sound signal by the program sound generation device 2 and the sound signal of raw material sound desired to be removed from broadcast sound. A receiver 5 compensates the change of a level given to the synthetic sound signal by the program sound generation device 2 with respect to the sound signal of the raw material sound received by communication. Then, the receiver adjusts the phase, overlaps the signal with a broadcast program signal received by broadcasting, and generates a sound signal obtained by removing a specific raw material sound from the program sound.
