PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electricity storage device improved in heat dissipation, and a method for manufacturing the electricity storage device.SOLUTION: In a secondary battery 10, after an electrode assembly 30 is subjected to conditioning treatment, a wavy leaf spring 40 interposed between the electrode assembly 30 and a battery lid 24 of a case 20 in the expansion direction D is pressurized between the electrode assembly 30 and the battery lid 24 of the case 20 to be in a flat plate state, so that the leaf spring is brought into contact with the upper face of the electrode assembly 30 as a heating element, over the whole area thereof. Therefor, heat of the electrode assembly 30 is easily transferred to the case 20 via the wavy leaf spring 40, so that high heat dissipation is achieved in the secondary battery 10. |
