PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parking lot management system capable of reducing payment processing for parking fee without a parking ticket when using a parking lot.SOLUTION: In a parking lot management system, when a vehicle leaves through a vehicle exit, a parking lot management server 20, which searches a parked vehicle DB 32 on the basis of a parking lot user ID, calculates a parking duration from entrance time and exit time, calculates parking fee from the calculated parking duration with reference to a parking fee DB 33 and transmits the calculated parking fee to a mobile terminal 10 via a network. The mobile terminal 10 communicates with an external settlement server 21 via the network to pay the parking fee and transmits a request for opening an exit gate 47 to an exit machine 46 after the payment has been made. |
