Provided is a florescent particle which includes a lanthanide complex. The lanthanide complex is able to include a europium center particle and at least one fluorescent ligand. The lanthanide complex may more include at least one of a beta-ketone ligand and a ligand including nitrogen. The fluorescent particle is able to include a support; a lanthanide complex layer which is provided for the support; a polymer which covers the lanthanide complex layer; and a silica. The fluorescent particle can be used for detecting and analyzing a biological sample material.
