The present invention relates to a manufacture of a water-soluble fluorescent conjugated polymer-polyarginine self-assembly microcapsule using an electrostatic interaction between a polyarginine and a water-soluble fluorescent conjugated polymer compound having an ionic group; and a detection method for selectively detecting a trypsin on the microcapsule using the same and, more specifically, to a fluorescent sensor which changes a fluorescent color of the polymer compound according to the concentration of trypsin by having a polyarginine and a water-soluble fluorescent conjugated polymer compound with an ionic group form a self-assembly. |
