COMPOSITION OF THE FERMENTED EXTRACT OF PLANTS WITH DANDELION FOR PROTECTION OF HEPATIC FUNCTIONS

The present invention relates to a composition containing fermented dandelion extract capable of helping protect hepatocytes and improve hepatic functions. The composition is made through: a step (a) of adding fructooligosaccharide to a mixture of dandelions and thistles and pasteurizing the mixture; a step (b) of injecting Aspergillus oryzae into the pasteurized mixture of the dandelions and thistles and fermenting the mixture to produce a fermented dandelion composite; a step (c) of extracting the fermented dandelion composite using hot water and obtaining a fermented dandelion composite extract; and a step (d) of adding a mixture solution produced by extracting a mixture of chicory, perennial Artemisia, Solomon′s seal, jujube, and cnidium using hot water into the fermented dandelion composite extract.
