A system and method which enables a user to assign any information to a specific time and a specific location and displays the posts based on the place which they are assigned to and based on a time which they are assigned to in a social network environment. By this invention, a user of a social network will be enabled to view the posts based on a selected map view (location area) and based on a selected "time duration-. By this invention, a user of a social network will be able to select a time duration using a method and system which enables the user to select a timing unit and displays a sequence of the selected timing unit and enables the user to change the sequence or to select a time duration with in the sequence. The present invention enables the users of a social network to assign the contents. photos. videos and files to a specific time and a specific location to organize the posts. The present invention enables the users of a social network to view the other users based on the location where they had, have or will have presence based on the selected time duration.
