摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a copper alloy film excellent in charge-discharge cycle property at high temperature for a long period of time, an anode for a lithium ion secondary battery, a lithium ion secondary battery and a manufacturing method of the copper alloy film.SOLUTION: An oxygen free copper as a parent phase contains 0.01 mass% to 0.15 mass% of Zr, strain amounts &egr;when reaching 0.2% bearing force calculated by "&egr;=(&sgr;/E)×100+0.2", the formula (1) with using Young modulus E measured by a tensile test and 0.2% bearing force &sgr;, are all in a range of 0.5% or more and less than 1.0% in seven directions which have angles of 0°, 15°, 30°, 45°, 60°, 75° and 90° to a rolling direction, and &egr;/&egr;is 1.25 or less when the maximum value is &egr;and the minimum value is &egr;of the strain amount &egr;in the seven directions.
