PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform route setting while suppressing the delay time, when the route calculation load increases.SOLUTION: A centralized management network controller performing centralized management of a plurality of network apparatuses determines the load state of route calculation on the basis of a predetermined threshold when receiving a route setting request, and performs setting control of a temporary route by using a route according to a route tree obtained by route calculation in the past when a high load state of route calculation is determined. When a low load state of route calculation is determined, setting control of a route according to a shortest route tree obtained by route calculation in response to the route setting request is performed. |
