PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply circuit capable of preventing the malfunction of an object circuit during low power consumption mode transition or normal operation mode transition while achieving further low power consumption in a low power consumption mode.SOLUTION: During transition from a low power consumption mode to a normal operation mode, an ECU 1 accepts a wakeup signal WKUPB. When a latch circuit 12 outputs a wakeup signal WKUP, the operation of a reference voltage generation circuit 9 is validated, and the reference voltage generation circuit 9 generates a reference voltage V1. After the output voltage of the reference voltage generation circuit 9 reaches a predetermined voltage, a regulator circuit 8 is allowed to input the wakeup signal WKUP, and the regulator circuit 8 is started. The regulator circuit 8 is started, and until the output voltage is raised to a power-on reset voltage VPOR, a POR circuit 10 outputs a power-on reset signal PORB to a reset terminal RSN of a control logic circuit 6. |
